You may have noticed that our mantra is very short "People do Business with People".

Whether a customer is buying a car, truck, tractor or a harvester he is more likely to invest his money in a Distributor/Dealer that stands proudly behind not only the Product itself but the customer’s needs at all times.

A Customer needs to deal with people that have well organised and uncluttered facilities, well trained staff that understand the Product and know it’s capabilities, deliver a new or used machine after extensive testing 
and diagnostic processes.

We have found there is no better way to assure prospects and/or reassure current clients that a Dealership has the edge on competition in all the above positives than holding special customer days. 
These days can be combined with new model releases or parts campaigns. 
Our trainers will

      • Advise on format
      • Support Dealer staff
      • Ensure the Dealer staff are up to date with features and benefits
      • Encourage Dealer staff to hold education sessions on Products and Implements
      • Arrive a day or two earlier to help allocate staff to each Product line or parts and service exhibits
      • Hold separate training sessions including operator training or any other area of the Dealer's offering that can best be exposed to impress the client

Again as all Dealerships differ in their requirements, products and industry exposure these Customer Days can be pre-planned, made to measure if you like with the objective of making customers proud of their equipment 
decisions and the team partnering them in their business.
