I would like to give you some feedback from our side regarding the training your team has given South Africa over the last 3 weeks.

Firstly, your trainers were great ambassadors for your Company and both provided excellent training throughout the three weeks.

The feedback I received from my staff and customers was absolutely fantastic - it was the best training they had ever received.

The mix of theory and practical hands on training is definitely the right format. We look forward to further training from your Company on other aspects of our business.

Mike,

You promised our Truck and Tractor team would be captivated by the Hydraulics/Electrics/Diagnostic courses held at our Dealerships by your trainer - and
despite my early reservations about the more senior technicians accepting such a course you were perfectly correct.

From the apprentices through to the senior staff they have all commented on the content and delivery of the course and realise they had a lot to learn about diagnostics.

We will need a refresher course next year plus your higher technical content course.

The trainer's emphasis on practical training on top of the normal theoretical training on diagnostics is showing great results [and savings] after only a few weeks of the course.

Covering 24 technicians over a four week period must have been hard - please thank the trainer on my behalf & look forward to the follow up training early next year.
